When I were young I had a chance to manage a restaurant.I bought the books for the managment at that time.
What I can do in the other way?That is managing a coffee shop.And I will rise it into a "Chinese restaurant" as soon as I got the cook as:
This was the skill I learned in the dirty years earlier.When I remember the lifes in the area of hotel.I could die.But if you are a boss of the restaurant,it is diffrent.
Even if there are only 2-3 members in a restaurant,they will struggle each other in the workplace.That is the experience of my cousin.He had a "华莱士” in DONGGUAN before.He was the boss,his wife managed the restaurant and employed 5-6 members.
The background is the dirty society in anywhere.No matter DONGGUAN/FUZHOU/XIAMEN/QUANZHOU,and so on.The FUJIAN province is the dirtiest beacause the FUJIAN province was a province which based on the culture of class struggle in histoty.How about the culture of "朱熹"?It was a culture teaching how to struggle in a poor society at that time.
